Problema con la firma digital con certificado

Tengo un problema a la hora de firmar documentos con certificado, le pincho al menú de la izquierda "usar certificado" y no aparece opción de firma, el menú se queda en blanco y no da opción a firmar.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try repairing the installation and ensure you are using the latest application version. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation or Check for Updates.

If that does not resolve the issue, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4m8bi2y).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/46VqKdZ;
