Problema Licencia Acrobat Pro XI

Hola Buenos dias.

A principio de este mes comenzamos a experimentar un problema con el Acrobat Pro XI

Por alguna razon esta solicitando el numero de Serie y el serial del que disponemos era perpetuo para la empresa que trabajo.

Al ingresar el serial no lo toma e intente ponerme en contacto con el soporte de Acrobat y solo recibi un comentario de que ya no daban soporte para esta version.

Queria consultar si alguien a experimentado un problema similar, si es algo irrebersible o es causa de alguna actualizaccion.

This is correct that Acrobat XI is no longer supported as its an very old version of Acrobat series.

We could guess from the screenshot shared above that this is an upgrade to the earlier version of Acrobat. You need to enter the license number of the full qualifying product, that is, the full version of Acrobat before Acrobat XI.

The one who purchased Acrobat XI should have the details for, from which version it's upgraded to.

I have the same problem, so the diference is that my  software told me, the serial number is in use in orther PC an must be deactivate it in the other PC, I folow all the steps to deactivate the software in the other PC and dosent works.by the way  I have the intalation disc and the serial number and the previous PC  and I never have problems with this, could you please help me.
