Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Running Adobe Reader in a multi-user environment on Windows Server requires proper configuration to ensure smooth functionality. Here are a few steps to help troubleshoot the issue:

1. Ensure Latest Version – Check if Adobe Reader is updated to the latest version. You can do this by opening Adobe Reader and going to Help > Check for Updates.

2. User Profile Permissions – Verify that user profiles have the necessary read/write permissions for the Adobe Reader.

If it still doesn't work, please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3CY4fsz , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link (https://adobe.ly/4172wJr ) and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
