Adobe Acrobar Reader 
Anteriormente esse erro esta acontecendo no programa e no aplicativo, e somente no navegador funcionava, agora nem no navegador esta funcionando, meu plano esta ativo
Não importa qual a pegunta sempre aparece essas duas alternativas
o que se torna muito incômodo pagar por algo e nao funcionar, vi que o erro perciste com outros usuários.

    Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue. If yes, please help us with the diagnostic logs:

    To collect the logs:

    1. Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from:  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
    2. Click on Start Diagnostics. Ensure advanced logging is checked.
    3. Launch Acrobat, reproduce the issue with your file.
    4. Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
    5. Copy the Log ID and share it with us.
