Problemas com certificação digital

Olá

 

estou tentando utilizar certificaçao digital tipo A1 (Certisign) mas encontro erro na validação da assinatura. Funciona em outras plataformas mas pelo Adobe não.

Please check whether your issue is like this one . If it is, you need a certificate with a different policy from your provider as your provider has only registered on the Adobe approved trust list for certain policy IDs.
