Buenas tardes. Hace unos días contraté el sistema, pero la asistencia virtual no está funcionando en mi computador en la aplicación, sin perjuicio que ya está cobrada.

gracias por darme soporte inmediato, pero es simple para mi, de Adobe, solo necesito leer documentos, y tener la asistencia IA en todos mis dispositivos y plataaformas, con eso ¿qué me recomendarías?

Please share a short video of the issue or a few screenshots.

Could you try using a different file, and if you are on office network could you try switching network for troubleshooting purposes?

Let us know how it went.

If the issue persists, let us know the following:

Operating system name and version.
Acrobat version installed.
Does it happen with all the files?

@alcaiver even if you've purchased the Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant, you still need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (or the full Adobe Acrobat app if you have a Standard or Pro subscription) installed on your iOS or Android device to access and use the AI Assistant features. The AI Assistant isn't a standalone app. It's an integrated feature within the Acrobat Reader app (or the paid Acrobat app) that enhances its capabilities.
