Problemas con "solicitar firmas electrónicas"

Mi plan es Adobe Acrobat Pro. Tengo un documento para ser firmado electrónicamente por 5 usuarios diferentes. He solicitado dos veces la firmas electrónicas y en ambas ocasiones no llega el mensaje para firmar algunos de los remitentes, a pesar de registrarlos todos y definir el campo de firma. Revisando el registro de auditoría, la primera vez se envió solo a tres destinatarios, la segunda vez solo se envió a un destinatario.

¿Existe alguna limitación al número de firmas que se pueden incluir en un documento?

¿Como puedo solucionar el tema y asegurar que le llegue la solicitud de firma a todos los destinatarios?

Adobe Sign do have a maximum number of for email recipients but it is for 25 recipients.

In addition, there are features that are not included with the Individual Plan that is shipped with the paid subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

In which case, it may be necessary to upgrade to a teams or business plan.
