Problemas na Ferramenta de "Aprimorar Imagem da Câmera"

Olá,Possuo o Adobe Acrobat Pro, e durante várias horas hoje tentei solucionar o problema, inclusive com a equipe da Adobe, porem sem sucesso. A ferramente de "Aprimorar Imagem da Câmera" simplesmente não funciona.No site da Adobe ela está descrita em síntese: "Você pode tirar fotos de documentos com seu smartphone e usar o recurso Aprimorar imagem da câmera para criar PDFs polidos, nítidos e compactos sem a necessidade de um scanner padrão."  Fonte: Aprimorar fotos de documento capturadas usando uma câmera de celular, Adobe AcrobatOcorre, entretanto, que ao abrir a foto de um documento e selecionar a ferramenta, ela inclusive permite que seja selecionada a parte da imagem a ser "recortada", porém a janela flutuante que aparece nos itens 3 e 4 da página mencionada, não funciona no meu aplicativo.Preciso de ajuda com isto, pois é uma das ferramentas mais importantes deste programa para mim.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20759 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3KsCsAw and see if that works.
