Problème avec le dispositif de suivi de formulaire Acrobat

Question

Le dispositif de suivi Acrobat n’affiche aucun formulaire dans la boite de dialogue, pour activer le service et générer les fichiers _diffusé et _réponses. J’utilise la version Acrobat Pro 2024.003.20121.
Je suis confronté pour la première fois à ce problème, sur tous les postes dans cette version. Je l’ai testé avec divers formulaires sans succès. Auriez-vous une piste ?

If not, please try updating the Acrobat application to the latest version 24.052.039X by going to Help > Check for Updates in the menu.
