Problème Création PDF ADOBE ACROBAT PRO 9

Bonjour, j'utilise adobe acrobat pro 9 et quand je veux créer un pdf à partir d'un fichier il lance excel ou word et ensuite il m'affiche un bloc note avec l'erreur et ne se transforme pas en PDF voici ce qui est marqué dans le bloc note :

Yeah, working once is not strong progress for a program that is not supposed to work with Windows 10 (and is no longer supported by Adobe).

I think you need to plan on updating your software, happens to all of us.

Hi Servicei,You do not state what your operating system is nor what version. Be aware that Acrobat 9 is very old and is no longer supported by Adobe. In fact, it may not work on a current system at all. That might be what's happening. You can download the most recent version of Acrobat Pro DC and see if that works. If it does, than you might have to update Acrobat for your standard Acrobat application.Let us know if this helps,
