Problemi nella conversione nel formato pdf/A - Problems converting to pdf / A format

Richiedendo di salvare un file in formato PDF/A Acrobat dice "È in corso l'installazione di altri componenti. Riceverai una notifica non appena sarà possibile utilizzare lo strumento", ma dopo qualche minuto compare una finestrella con titolo: "È necessario eseguire l'installazione manuale" ed il testo: "Impossibile installare tutti i componenti dell'aggiornamento. È necessario installarli manualmente". Ma cliccando sul tasto "Installa ora" si viene reindirizzati ad una pagina del sito di Adobe che probabilmente non esiste più. Cosa si può fare per ottenere l'installazione dell'aggiornamento?
