Problems after Updating Acrobat Pro DC Serialnumber not OK

Hello,

please excuse my bad english - I am german

I am Using Adobe Acrobat Pro since many Years.

My actual Version was Acrobat Pro DC - till Yesterday.

Yesterday there was a Bubble in the taskbar - Please Update Acrobat DC

I started Acrobat Pro DC to look for Updates, but it seems to be actual, no update needed

I started Acrobat Reader DC, but it seems to be actual - No update needed

Then I look in the Creative Cloud Program - there was an Update of Adobe Acrobat.

I installed this Update - but this was Acrobat not Acrobat Pro.

By the next wish to print to an PDF File, there was a Login window asking for account and Password.

After Login I was asked to give in my Serialnumber - I did it, but my Serial number was not accepted

No I noticed: I have had Acrobat Pro DC but after updating it is Acrobat DC - without Pro.

I tried to download and install the Pro Version, but ist is not shown. Only Acrobat DC is installed on my PC.

Can anybody help me? I must work? There is no telefon Hotline?

Problem solved!

I deinstall all Acrobat products and reinstall from DVD.

Now my serialnumber is accepted again.

I have made the update offered in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Application.

Now I have Version 2015.006.30355 (Classic)

If I try searching for Updates I get the message "No Updates Availlable"

But in the Creative Cloud Window there is an Acrobat DC Update listed.

This was the Update I have started a few days ago.

I think this is not an Update, this is an Upgrade! So my Serialnumber must be renewed by buing an Abo???

I installed it (a few days ago) because there where Bubble Infos in the taskbar!

These Bubbles came up again since my Programm is reinstalled.

There is no warning, that my payed Programm will be deleted!!!!

I am not amused about this.

do you have an acrobat pro subscription (continuous - monthly or yearly charges) or an acrobat pro perpetual license (classic - one time charge).

I have no Abonnement license.

I payed one time for a boxed upgrade with software on DVD.
