Problems creating a PDF/A 1a file

I'm having trouble creating a PDF/A-1a file in Adobe Acrobat Pro. The problem I keep getting is that there is a page object that uses a meta-data attribute that is not pre-defined. Is it possible to see where in the file the problem is?

Please post a screen shot showing the error message in full, it doesn’t quite seem to make sense. Also version of Acrobat. Also how was file made?

Oh yes, forum is broken, please use image tool; not attachment tool.

This is what it looks like in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I made the file in InDesign – then a PDF and tried to convert to a PDF/A-1a through Acrobats Preflight tool.
