Problems in Acrobat DC

Question

Hi there! I'm Kindly asking for help on this issue: everytime when I open a document in Acrobat, have a poor performance on displaying images, it "jams" take too long to make a zoom and when it does, freezes up or several big white squares appear and dissapear as it can´t handle the task. If I open the same file in Illustrator the problem dissapear it´s just in Acrobat, now I have in the prefs all the security unchecked and the same in page display, doing all this in a late 2015 27 inch Imac 3.3Ghz i5 20 gb 1600Mhz ddr3 and AMD Radeon R9 M395 2gb. Hope ypu guys can help me with this annoying issue.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat!

When you mention everytime, do you see this issue with the same document or in general?

You might want to uncheck the options as shown below by going to Acrobat-> Preferences-> Page Display.

Also, please make sure that the app is updated to the latest version(2024.004.20219).
