Problems with acrobat

Question

I have attempted to try and apply an armature for a 3d model and the software took way too long for the rigging to even be set up and i attempted to refresh the page repeatedly and nothing has worked so i would like to know what i have to do to make it work because it says it takes less than a minute to rig the 3d model and yet it takes more than that for it to load the model to begin with.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the workflow/steps you are following to open the 3D file in Acrobat? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.20143 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Also, please try to turn off the protected mode for testing and see if that helps. Go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable Protected Mode ar startup' > Click OK and reboot the computer.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.
