Problems with comment windows

I have to highlight many words, sentences in PDFs I work with. Usually, I only have to do a right click on a windows and choose « Delete » to delete it. I don't know what happened but I still can highlight, but the « Delete » function has disappeared so I can't delete anything anymore. That's a big problem for me. I tried to rebooth my computer, I tried to find updates (no updates), I tried to repair the installation. It still doesn't work. Any a ideas how to fix it? Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 for Windows (PC). I have Windows 7.

I just remembered! Not only can't I delete comment windows, but I can't change window color and I can't write in window either. Once I highlight something, I can't do anything but CTRL Z.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, when I tried to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, it said I couldn't install it on that "système d'exploitation". But I had the chance to find the answer by myself and I hope it will help others. If you rightclick on the window highlighted and click on "Properties", you will see at the bottom that it's locked. You only have to unlock it by unchecking the square and all the options will now be available. I'm so happy! :-)
