Problems with Dell-installed Acrobat Standard DC.

Has anybody else had problems with this?  I can't make PDFs with it.  I get a message "Unable to find Adobe PDF resource files Acrobat PDFMaker".  Unfortunately, because it was factory-installed, I can't reinstall the program and unlike Microsoft, Adobe doesn't seem to have a record of my Acrobat purchase via Dell.

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
