Problems with Edit Snapshot

Acrobat use to allow me to take a snapshot of just the selected portionof the document that I wanted. Now snapshot jumps by increments so I can not copy just one line from a document but I get a line and a half.

How do I get control back to just select the portion that I want without the incremental jumps?
