Problems with part of the text of PDF, it´s not visible

Dear All,

We have display problems with part of the text of PDF invoices, created automatically by an electronic billing system.

Only part of the text inserted in the layout

When editing the document you can see the text boxes that are visible. If you select them and change the text color, they become visible y the developer of the code that generates PDFs indicates that all text is embedded in the same way.

The same document is viewed without problems in other viewers such as Edge, Chrome and Foxit reader.

I hope you can help us since some clients, who use Acrobat Reader, are rejecting our invoices for not seeing this data.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked the PDF that you have shared in the attachment and found that it is created by a non Adobe application iTextSharp. Please try to create the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro and check.

Web browsers use their own PDF mechanism to render and display the PDF content and they are not Adobe dependent.
