Processing Issue when printing

Processing issues when printing PDF files through Fiery to Ricoh Pro C7200e Graphics Edition printer. Running on Fiery E-45 A and E-46 A . This issue started a little over a month ago when updates became available. The PDF files created are the same file size but when printing it takes twice as long to process. Have tested old files already printed and created a new PDF of the same file then processed. It is only the new files that have this issue. PDF's are being created mainly in Indesign. 

This is creating issues in work flow for printing. I really hope a solution can be found. This has to be effecting printers on a large scale.
