Ich möchte anstatt dem Adobe DC zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt auf Adobe Pdf Pack umstellen

If you are referring to exchange the Adobe Acrobat DC with Adobe PDF Pack, that cannot be done.

You need to purchase the Adobe PDF Pack and cancel the subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC.
