Profile is submitting documents with wrong name

When I am working in a PDF commenting and highlighting, the name that comes up on the side bar is not my name, and is not anyones name that I know. I have tried to change the reviewer name in the PDF but it will always revert back to the other name when I make a new comment or highlight.

How can I change the name in Adobe Sign?

    commenting is a feature of Acrobat and not Adobe Sign. Assumin you men Acrobat go to edit>preferences>identity

    This does NOT fix the issue. Did as you advised, my user name is in Edit- Preferences-Identity, yet my colleagues name is on all my comments. How can I fix this????

    Go to Edit (or the Acrobat menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - Commenting and tick off the box next to "Always use Log-In Name for Author name".Now right-click a comment and select Properties. Go to the General tab and change the Author name. Make sure to also tick the box that says "Make Properties Default".Click OK, and any new comment you create (from that type) from now on will have your name as the Author by default.
