I want to convert a PDF file to docx but I can't. The file is 5.5mb and you get the above error message.

1: Which application used for the conversion of PDF to docx.

2: Exact workflow of conversion

3: Does this error appear with a specific file?

4: Where exactly your file saved, on web or locally on your system?

1: Qual aplicativo usado para a conversão de PDF em docx. : fiz a tentativa
tanto em Creative cloud, quanto no online e também direto do adobe.

2: Fluxo de trabalho exato de conversão: Puxo o arquivo do meu computador e
peço a conversão para DOCX em português.

3: Este erro aparece com um arquivo específico?: Fiz o teste em outros
arquivos e funcionou a conversão, apenas neste e-book que não consigo fazer
a conversão

4: Onde exatamente seu arquivo foi salvo, na web ou localmente em seu
sistema?: o Arquivo está salvo no meu computador.
