Protect document from editing

Hi

I can't figure out how to protect a document from being edited.  I used to be able to do it but maybe there has been an update and now I can't figure it out.  The only option seems to be,  protect it from viewing but not editing.

Thanks for getting back to me. There used to be 2 optons. one to view and one to edit.  Im not sure what Im doing wrong but I only seem to have the option to set a password to view. See below:)
