Hello all,

I would like signing official documents on pdf in order to avoid impression.

These documents are for the majority standard oeprationnal procedures or quality forms.

Which is the process to sign documents and protect this document once signed ?

I try to find tutorials but is not clear for me.

Must I use the certificat option of Acrobat ?

Thanks a lot for your help.

When you say "impression" do you mean printing? If so, you can do it using a security policy.

First apply the policy (via File - Properties - Security) and select "No printing allowed", but do select the option that allows filling in form fields and signing the file, then sign it using a Digital Signature field.

Note, however, that this does not guarantee a 100% secure solution. If someone is willing enough they'll always be able to get around it and print the file. The most simple way is to take screenshots of each page and then create a new file from it...
