Przniesienie licencji na inny komputer

Dzień dobry,Mam problem z przeniesieniem licencji adobe acrobat 2017 na inny komputer. Licencja jest dezaktywowana i odinatlaowana na pierwotnym komputerzePodczas aktywacji na nowym ciągle pojawia się komunikat: "Numer seryjny..... jest już wykorzystywany przez maksymalną dozwoloną liczbę komuterów"Proszę o pomoc

then you failed to deactivate on the other computer.

if you bought from or registered with adobe, you may be able to deactivate other computers via your account, https://account.adobe.com

otherwise, you can ask adobe support to "reset your activation count" which will deactivate acrobat with that serial number on computers. ask for nothing else or you'll be refused and sent back here where we can't reset that count.

p.s. is this really an enterprise license?
