Hello Team,

When we use particular job profile to create the pdf in TEX platform (PS to PDF), why not that profile is NOT reflecting in the output preview in Acrobat?

Is there any way to get reflected the same output content used while creating (PS to PDF) in Acrobat?

Please help me this is very urgent.

Thanks,

Dhilip

1. What do you mean by a "job profile"? Do you mean a colour profile?

2. What do you mean by "reflected" in Acrobat? How exactly do you determine this?

3. Exactly how do you make the PDF file from the TeX source? What Adobe software and version is involved, if any?

4. What is PS? If it is PostScript, why involve PostScript?

Test Screen Name Tex is a non Adobe engine that can convert PostScript fies to PDF files.

But I have  similar question about the meaning of "profile" in your case. If a ICC one, then have you considered Tex didn't embed it at the very first place ? Can you see this profile embedded and used in another PDF reader ?

I won't blame Acrobat because there is no reason it wouldn't use something that is part of the file.
