I created a form using Adobe that we want to share publicly and allow people to fill out and submit to us. I've upgraded our account, checked all settings that public sharing is enabled, anyone can view with link is set, but users are still prompted to login. Please help!

@focused_grace5764 Are you sharing the "Web Form" link from Adobe Acrobat Sign, or just a regular shared PDF link? They are different. Adobe Acrobat Sign's "Web Form" link is like giving someone a web page to fill out. They don't need an Adobe account to see or submit it because it's designed for anyone to use online.

A regular "shared PDF link" from Adobe Acrobat is like sharing a file on your computer. Even if you say "anyone can view," if they try to do something with the file (like fill it out or save it), Adobe often asks them to log in because it's trying to manage that activity within your Adobe cloud storage or account.

Hi focused_grace5764,

Thank you for reaching out.

Adding to the Creative Explorer information.

Please let us know how you are sharing the PDF publicly. If possible, share a screen recording of what happens when accessing the form.

It would be helpful if you could share the link to the file with us so we can check and share our suggestions.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
