Publipostage d'un Formulaire PDF avec des données Excel

Bonjour,

Je souhaite faire un publipostage de mon formulaire PDF avec ma base de donnée Excel.

Si je selectionne "Importer les données " je ne peux selectionner qu'une seule ligne sur un total d'environ 200.....

Comment faire pour edition mes 200 ligne en une seule fois ?

Il n'y a pas de fonction intégrée à Acrobat Pro pour ce faire. Il faut utiliser des scripts JavaScript.

Si vous n'êtes pas familière avec JavaScript vous devriez considérer l'offre de try67, qui vous évitera de devoir réinventer la roue en partant de rien.

You may also use InDesign for mail merge (first place your pdf into InDesign).

This kind of operation is called a Mail Merge. You can perform it in Acrobat using a script, such as this (paid-for) one I've developed that will do just what you described. It also allows you to select a custom name format for the merged files, email them automatically to the recipients, etc. You can find it here:
