Publish comments in shared pdf attachments

I have few documents (word, excel, pdf etc) attached in the pdf which is initated for shared pdf review. I can able publish the comments posted on the pdf ifself but not from attachments. I want reviewers to  review the pdf as well as the attachments and publish the comments. I just wanted to know is there any option in pdf to publish the comments that are given in attachments.
