Purchase popups in Acrobat

I have a PDF Pak annual subscription. I recently cancelled a "Pro" subscription I no longer need. EVERY time I open a PDF I get a "purchase PDF Pro" popup now. This is insanely annoying - how can it be stopped (short of unsubscribing from everything due to the annoyance factor).
