Aucun moyen de restaurer mon abonnement alors que j'ai payé même après avoir rallumer mon tel, et reconnceter mon compte un message d'erreur s'affiche au moment où je clique sur  restaurer l'achat, que faire ?

Could you please confirm the Adobe application that you have registered for or purchased? 

As you have mentioned above, you are trying to restore the subscription, please let us know the steps you do.

We have checked your account using the email address that is used to sign in to the community. There is no subscription listed under your account. Are you using an alternate email address for the subscription?

If yes, please share that email with us via private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon provided on the top right corner of this page.
