Purchased adobe not connected to my email / account

Hi I purchased adobe in August in order to be able to alter some pdf files etc. however it still isn't connected to my account so keeps asking for me to purchase again amd I've been unable to use it on both my phone and my laptop. 
Please advice

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active plan/subscription.  If you have used a different email to purchase the Adobe Acrobat subscription, please log out of the application and re-login with the correct email ID and check if that helps.

Ok I'll try but Apple checked for me and said it was this one. However I will try another email and see if that works.  Payment taken but I never received  receipt with info.
