Purchasing Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Student And Teacher Edition Direct From Adobe.com

I do not see a way to purchase the Student and Teacher edition of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 direct from Adobe.com. Assuming it is the same price as I see at Amazon.com or one of the other larger online retailers, I'd prefer to purchase it here, but I'm unable to figure out how to do so. Any help or a direct link would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I assume Adobe will not answer this next question, but just in case someone can, I'll ask anyway. When may the next non-subscription version of Acrobat Pro be released? My daughter is just staring college in the Fall and doesn't have an immediate need for this software, so if a newer version is going to be released in the next six months or so, I'd prefer to wait and purchase that version.

I do not work for Adobe and have no inside information about this (and if I did, I couldn't answer it), but typically there has been a 2-year interval between major versions of the non-subscription releases of Acrobat, the last one being Acrobat 2017. Whether that will hold in the future is anyone's guess... Keep in mind that Adobe usually offers upgrades at a discounted price, and sometimes even for free if you purchase you license a short time before the announcement of the newer version.

Thank you for your response. I had previously found that section of their website that you linked to, but only found Educational versions of various DC (subscription) versions of Acrobat, not the Pro (non-subscriptions) version.

When following your link to their main Education section, I then select the 'Student & teachers' link on the left side of the screen: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/buy/students.html

From there, I select the 'See all desktop apps' link at the bottom of the matrix: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/catalog/desktop.html

From there, I select the 'Buy now' link below 'Acrobat Pro': https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/pricing/pricing.html

That leads me to the 'INDIVIDUALS' tab, which shows two options, Acrobat Pro DC for $14.99 a month, or Acrobat Standard DC for $12.99 a month. If I select the 'BUSINESS' tab instead, there are two more options, Acrobat DC for Teams for $14.99 a month or Acrobat DC for enterprise, which states to call 800-915-9430 for pricing.

I'm not able to find where to purchase Acrobat Pro 2017 (non-subscription) for Students and Teachers.

I don't think that's possible any longer, but you should contact Adobe directly (there's a phone number on that page) to get a 100% certain answer.
