Question regarding Acrobat

I need to turn several pptx documents into pdf and also add a a customised watermark on them,i have been told that Acrobat does what i need however i wish to ask if payment can be settled as a one time full licence purchase and not as a month to month subscription, Also since these are confidential work documents i need a solution that will not transfer these documents to the cloud, the software will be used on a single workstation by a single user.

I hope i haven't posted in the wrong forum

in the case that the pc that it is installed on fails would i be able to install the licence on another pc ?

I wish to buy the full solution but i dont wish to loose the licence if the pc fails. this is the selling point for me


Yes, of course. You're allowed multiple activations and Adobe can reset the activation counter if there's a valid reason for it, like a computer crash.

you can purchase an acrobat dc perpetual license.  you'll need to call though, Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC

The only options on that page are for a subscription...

If you really want to get a perpetual license go here: https://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/software.html

Click on the Buy button next to Acrobat Pro DC, and then change the "I want to buy" option to "Full".

Then select the other options and click on Add To Cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll get a full license, not a time-based subscription.

You don't have to save files to the Adobe Cloud if you don't wish to.
