Quick access bar is missing

I've already:

i repaired adobe > rebooted > Doesnt work
reset all folder/file explorer permissions > still doesnt work


The file explorer opens fine with the side bar outside of Adobe. Im at a loss!

Hi @Taranieves could you please help me with the workflow you are trying, I tried opening file and able to see the quick access bar in Windows dialog similar to 2nd screenshot that you have attached.
