Quitting Acrobat Pro Crashes Every Time

Hello All,

I've been getting a banner in Acrobat Pro for a few weeks telling me to restart to upgrade to a new version with AI features.  Everytime I quit Acrobat Pro, it crashes.

 

Sonoma 14.3.1

Acrobat Pro 2023.008.2035

On both a MacBook Pro 2019 2.4 GHz 8 core Intel i9

and a Mac Studio Apple M1 Max

 

Anybody else with this probem?

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20604 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/43tWDqA, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3wZTzGs and see if that works.
