I want to combine files into one pdf-file, but I get the message:  "Quitting - Raise Without Handler!"

Why does that appear?  And what can I do about it?

Hi @Nuss Nuss,

As said above, this is scheduled to be fixed with the next release.

We request your kind understanding and patience while we roll out the planned update for December.

You can refer to this link to track the same: Acrobat Enterprise Release Notes — Acrobat-Acrobat Reader Release Notes

Well.... still not fixed. I think it's time to give Bluebeam software a shot.

Alright, I will wait for the update. Hoping it does the trick this time.

If you haven't already found the fix. Uninstall Adobe Acrobat application, reinstall Acrobat and restart desktop/Laptop. It worked for me. Good luck

Tried it and unfortunately that did not fix it.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue, what is the workflow/steps you are taking that lead you to this error? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://adobe.ly/4b6i8AR and  Procmon logs (Win Only)  https://adobe.ly/44dA35V  and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
