radio buttons unable to change field type

all of my radio button "field type" are set to "date", this is greyed out and I am unable to find how this can be changed.

when i send for e-signature the very first raido button group changes from "field type" to "value type",  show "button style" and "value", all of the rest of the radio buttons only show "field type".

also, I had set all radio buttons as a "required" field but only the 1st radio button group shows that in e-signature

 

the first three photos are in e-signature

the last one is in acrobat

      thank you, yes this is maddening. i am on day three of trying to "prepare a form"

      Steps To Re-Produce The Problem
      1. Create a radio button group, unable to change "field type", this is greyed out and set to "date", set field to "required"
      2. Send for e-signature, one radio button group changes from "field type" to "value type",  shows "button style" and "value". All of the rest of the radio buttons only show "field type" and "date", this can be changed to "text" etc, but not "value type". The first radio group stays as a "required" field, all the rest lose that status.
