Random font changes in PDF

Creating a PDF print master from a 36-page PageMaker 7 publication (yup, we're still around!) produces several random font changes from Times New Roman to a Calibri-like sans serif font. Often they appear in the same places, but not always?

 

How do I make it stop?

Also: in Acrobat, what does it say in Document Properties for Fonts, re: embedded/substitutions, etc

What system are you on? How are you making your PDF?(i.e. using Export or are you printing to file, etc)
