I have signed in and tried to open Adobe PDF files in Outlook, but I get this message.

    Hi @grimalkin33,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

     

    I checked your account, and could not find any active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC.

    Acrobat Pro DC requires a subscription for you to use the app and its services.

     

    If you do not require the services, you can uninstall the current version and install the free-to-use Acrobat Reader from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader Distribution
