Re: Acrobat DC error sending signature

I have had a subscription to creative cloud for a couple of years now and everytime I try to use send for signature it either gives me an error or crashes.  Also, it has been very very difficult to get through to a tech to assist.  Need assistance and answers as to why this occurs.

Call adobe.  They determined my issue was an email address variation issue.  24 hours after they corrected it, all has been well.  Finally!

Contacted support....solution was to use the web https://cloud.acrobat.com/ for sending signatures...and to uninstall/reinstall desktop version. \

Hi TLDAZ,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to use send for signature, is that correct?

Could you try signing out of Acrobat Pro DC, sign back in and try again. If that doesn't work, check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. If issue still persists, try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu ( for Windows OS only), reboot the machine after repair and check.

Hello I am also getting the same issue.  I have logged off and back on and rebooted.   Also tried to send for signature document from cloud and desktop. It gets to 60% and fails.   My Adobe document is only 480kb.

Error: "Could not complete your request.  An error occurred while connecting to the service.  Please try again later. "
