Re: Acrobat Standard DC "Unable to locate the Paper Capture recognition serves."

After Adobe Acrobat and Reader updated yesterday 3/17 on our workstations. End-users started experiencing issues opening both apps.

The error message is, "There was an error during initialization. Failed to load an application resource (internal error)."

Is anyone else experiencing the issue and have a workaround in place?

    If the problem persists, please provide us with the following information :

    1. Acrobat Version - Are you on reader or DC? Please share the screenshot of the Acrobat version screen
      1. Go to help -> About Acrobat ... and take a screenshot
    2. Operating system (Mac/Win)
