Hi Aiza,

Could you confirm if you are trying to launch Acrobat using Creative Cloud desktop app? If yes, try the troubleshooting steps given in this help document: "Unknown Server Error" when logging in to Adobe Creative Cloud

If not, try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given here: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.

Hi Aif,

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat is crashing on your Mac machine, is that correct?

Try the troubleshooting steps given in the following help document: Troubleshoot Mac OS 10.x system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Does this happen when you launch Acrobat or when opening a pdf using Acrobat?

Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Let us know if you need any help.

Thank you for getting back to me.

A more specific description of the issue would be every single time Adobe

Acrobat Pro is installed, it will keep on launching and opening new windows

non stop.

Each time I attempt to stop it, another one would open and it's really

frustrating as I use this for work.

Can you also send me a link where I can download the application without

encountering the said issue.

I look forward to your prompt reply.

Regards,

Aiza
