Re: Chat customer service is bad - any emails?
I totally agree that their customer service chat is severely lacking. I was on for almost two hours trying to update my account to Acrobat Pro DC. They had to transfer me to four different people. I was on with one guy for almost an hour with very long pauses in between his replies. He transferred me to someone who quickly said she hadn't heard from me (After I waited ten minutes to be transferred) and then disconnected within 30 seconds. Nobody could answer the most basic questions without transferring, and it was obvious they were using a script. Having customer service that serves would be really useful.
If I had a choice of programs, I would cancel due to their pathetic customer service department.
