Re: Having error when open PDF files that embedded in excel

Started having this issue today and have unchecked the protected mode and enhanced security as well as disabled new acrobat, but has not made a difference.  Any help would be appreciated.

      I tried the three corrections to no avail.  It did open quicker, yet the message window still appeared.

      Also confirmed that the file opened just fine when not embedded as an excel object.

        I'm having this issue as well and have tried these solutions, but it still is not working. Can also confirm the file was able to open when not embedded. Has anyone had anything else work?

        Please let us know how the file was created and share the steps you use to open the PDF. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording for a better understanding. 

        Also, please share the sample file where the PDF is embedded. We will try to replicate the behaviour.

        Share the Acrobat and OS version number.
