This issue is still occuring and it's been 4 years. When will this be fixed?

    The issue with the old version was resolved. If you are still experiencing the same behavior, please share more information about the issue occurring on your end.

    Are you not able to sign a particular document or any document? What happens when you try to add the digital signature? Please share the current Acrobat and OS version on the machine.
