Re: How to Remove the "Sign In Required" that launches after install?

I really appreciate the information, sadly, when I click "Grant Offline Exception & Disable Registration." it fails. It creates a log but I cannot make heads or tails of it. I cannot find many, if any, other threads about this issue. I tried both methods with the same result. It installs but when i open Adobe Acrobat 2020 it just closes the window and pops up with the "Acrobat Licensing Application". Sign in, closes, open the program again, same pop up looping every time I try. Any help would be appreciated since it doesnt seem like Adobe is able to fix thier issues.

    Please don't mark an issue as resolved if nothing was done to resolve the issue. 

     

    In this case, I was able to resolve the issue myself. I had to log into the PC as an admin, open Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, let the "Sign in to activate" window sit for a few minutes, then sign in. There was no way to force the app to update so I had to wait for it to update itself. I had the same issue on another machine and had to sign in a few times. Either way, after giving it several minutes of sitting at the window wanting me to sign in, it would update in the background. After it updated when it felt like it, I was able to sign in a final time. It is now working on both machines.

     

    TLDR; Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 needs to remain open for SEVERAL minutes to update in the background. It does not give any indications as to the update progress. After it updates you can sign in and use Adobe.
