After one of the recent Acrobat updates, my customised settings disappeared.
I chatted with an agent about this and he directed me to take a number of actions that resulted in my Acrobat reverting to an earlier version. My customisations returned, but the AI feature which allows document summaries has disappeared. I need to do a document summary urgently for a client.
I was chatting with an agent tonight to try to sort out the issue, but lost contact. Since that time, I have REPEATEDLY tried to access help online, but not even the Virtual Assistant is popping up.
Frankly, I am getting increasingly frustrated with paying out money each month and then having to spend hours figuring out how to restore my customisations. We are talking really simple things here, like the highlighting tool option vanishing.
