Re-install Acrobat Reader XI, serial number lost

Buongiorno,

in seguito ad un aggiornamento Acrobat Reader DC ha disinstallato Acrobat Reader XI.

Ho letto la guida per reinstallarlo però ad un certo punto dell'installazione mi viene chiesto un numero di serie. L'installazione iniziale non è stata fatta da me e non so come recuperare questo numero di serie. Io voglio solo installarlo di nuovo. Acrobat reader non è un'applicazione free?!

after an update Acrobat Reader DC uninstalled Acrobat Reader XI.

I read the guide to reinstall the XI but during the setup it asked me the serial number. The first installation was not done by me so I can't recover the serial number.

I just want to install it again. Acrobat reader isn't a free application?!

it's not a good idea to install reader and acrobat, Download and install an older version of Adobe Reader | Windows

acrobat is not free.

reader is free.  sometimes adobe call's reader, acrobat reader.
